The Baber Comes out in the Hood

EXAMPLE has caused a stir with residents of northern town Wigan after suggesting there should be a 'block button' for the entire place. The singer took to Twitter to air his dismay after regularly receiving online abuse from inhabitants of the Greater Manchester area saying: “What Twitter needs is a block button for the whole of Wigan. Most abuse I get comes from Wigan. Are there any nice people in Wigan?.” However the move backfired when he was subjected to yet more taunts and death threats from furious followers. One scathing tweet read: "@example what's wrong wit wigan u stupid c***! F**k off, ur music is s**t also." He retweeted and replied to many of the abusive messages before saying: "Tweeted earlier about how most abuse I get on twitter is from people in Wigan. Unsurprisingly this has resulted in more abuse... from Wigan. "I've replied to approximately 87 people from Wigan today. More than the Mayor Of Wigan. Is there even a mayor in Wigan?" The chart-topping star - real name Elliot Gleave - then added: "Had 3 death threats today. I must be doing something right."
